Our Terms and Conditions may be amended at any time;please ensure that you familiarise yourself with our latest terms and conditions which can be found on our website www.ardvreckhouse.com



Our family rooms are for 2 adults and 1 child (16 years of age and under);guests that do not fit this criteria will incur additional charges or be required to book a separate room, if available.



Private reservations may be cancelled up until 72 hours before arrival. If a room is cancelled within 72 hours of arrival date we shall endeavour to resell the room but if unable to do so, the cost of the booking will be charged to the client. Any ?no-shows?, that is, where a guest fails to arrive for their booking, will be charged the full cost of their anticipated stay on the day of their anticipated departure. Charges will be taken directly from the payment card held on file (alternative methods can be used if confirmed with us before such time that payment has already been taken). Companies block booking rooms they do not sell must cancel the rooms within eight weeks of arrival. If a room is cancelled within 8 weeks of arrival date we shall endeavour to resell the room(s) but if unable to do so, the cost of the booking will be charged in full to the company.


Arrival and Departure:

Check in is strictly 3pm to 7pm with check out by 10am at the end of your stay. Check in after 7pm and/or check out after 10am can be arranged with prior notice but may incur additional charges at our discretion.



All bookings must be paid in full on or before the day of departure.


Dogs (and other animals):

We do not allow animals of any kind to stay at Ardvreck House;any person found to be housing an animal within Ardvreck House will incur additional charges at our discretion. This excludes service dogs who may stay for an additional cost with prior agreement.


Car Parking:

A private car park is available for guests use;please note that any cars parked here are done so at the owner?s risk.



Please look after our home. You are responsible for any breakages and damages caused during your stay. We understand that accidents do happen and ask that you report them straight away, we are far more likely to be able to rectify the problem if we are aware sooner rather than later.



Guests must be able to negotiate stairs should the need to evacuate the building in an emergency arise. Guests that are visually impaired or hard of hearing must notify us of this upon arrival.



Lost keys will be charged at £15.00 per set.


Termination Policy:

We reserve the right to terminate, without notice, an individual?s stay where we deem necessary;payment may be taken in full in such circumstances where the individual or group are asked to leave.
